Pay Your Bill

We know you expect convenience and choice in your dealings with Virginia Natural Gas, and we work hard to give you both when it’s time for you to pay your bill.

Pay through our e-Billing Program Using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

To make it even easier for our commercial customers to conduct business with us, Virginia Natural Gas offers an e-Billing program which is a business-to-business transactional process called EDI or Electronic Data Interchange.

Pay Directly Through Your Bank (Auto-Pay)

Our AutoPay Plan lets you pay your bill automatically through a direct debit from your bank account. It's fast and secure – and free to enroll and use. Just download the application, fill it in and fax it to us or mail it to us at the address you’ll find on the application. (La aplicación está también disponible en español.)

Pay Online

Our My Account online payment system allows you to use your checking account or credit card to pay – and you can view your account details and payment history. You can also chat with a customer service representative.

Pay by Phone

Call us at 866.229.3578, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to pay your bill by phone.

Pay In-Person

Authorized payment locations are available throughout our service area.

Use the return envelope that comes with your monthly bill. If you need to use your own envelope, be sure to enclose your payment stub and check.
