Is there a budget plan available?

Using our Budget Plan is a great choice if you want to even out the seasonal highs and lows of your heating bill.

  • We estimate your natural gas usage for the next 12 months, based on your past usage.
  • We divide that amount by 12 to determine your monthly payment amount.
  • We review your plan quarterly to make sure your budget amount is keeping pace with your actual usage.  Every quarter, we’ll adjust your monthly amount as needed. Budget billing is settled in August and recalculated for the new plan year that starts in September.

This is a free service for residential customers whose accounts are up to date, and you can discontinue it at any time. To sign up, call us at 1.866.229.3578. In the event your account becomes two months past due, you will automatically be removed from the budget plan.
