You deserve peace of mind when it comes to paying your energy bill. If you’re facing financial hardship and need bill-pay assistance, you don’t have to face this challenge alone. Let us help you fuel forward. We can connect you to a variety of energy assistance programs and resources that may be able to assist you in your time of need.
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
Customers who have outstanding balances are encouraged to set up a payment arrangement, even if seeking energy assistance funding, to help avoid disconnection and service interruption. We will work with customers to handle past-due obligations in a manageable way and help connect them to a variety of energy assistance resources.
The federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps those in need pay their heating expenses. This federal- and state-funded assistance program is available to income-eligible families to help with managing costs associated with home energy bills, energy crises and weatherization and minor energy-related home repairs. A past-due balance or disconnection notice is not needed for eligible customers to apply for LIHEAP assistance. The annual enrollment period for 2024 begins October 8 and runs through November 8.
